Privacy Policy

The short version

EvenAisle is a content site. We don't sell tickets, run accounts, or collect payment information. We use standard web analytics to understand how the site is used, and our outbound ticket links pass through affiliate programs that set their own cookies on the destination site.

What we collect

  • Aggregate analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure things like page views, traffic sources, and roughly which content is popular. IP addresses are anonymized. We do not build personal profiles.
  • Search Console data. Google Search Console shows us which queries bring people to the site. This is provided by Google in aggregate; we do not see individual searches tied to individuals.
  • Voluntary contact. If you email us, we have your email and whatever you write. We don't add it to any list.

What we don't collect

  • We don't sell tickets, so we don't collect payment or billing information.
  • We don't have user accounts, so there's no password, profile, or order history.
  • We don't run our own newsletter or marketing list as of this writing. If that changes, signing up will be opt-in and disclosed clearly.

Cookies and affiliate tracking

When you click an outbound ticket link, the destination site (TodayTix, Ticketmaster, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc.) may set its own cookies, including affiliate-tracking cookies that let them attribute your purchase back to EvenAisle. Their cookies and privacy policies apply on their site, not ours. We pass standard UTM parameters in outbound URLs so we can see in aggregate which links are clicked.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across the web using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser-level tracking-prevention and "Do Not Track" signals are also respected to the extent supported by our analytics tooling.

Children's privacy

EvenAisle is intended for adults buying theatre tickets. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change materially, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Substantive changes will be noted on the homepage for a reasonable period.
