Hosted Moulin Rouge! The Musical (2019–2026), which closed August 30, 2026.

The short version

The Al Hirschfeld was remade into the Moulin Rouge cabaret itself — the lobby, walls, and proscenium were all part of the design. The immersive scenic build meant the front rows of the orchestra were particularly close to the action; the elephant and windmill sat just upstage. Front mezzanine was the consensus best-value pick — full picture of the cabaret world, no neck angle.

Section by section

Sections are ordered roughly cheapest-to-most-expensive within the house's seating tiers — but the best value isn't always the cheapest. Watch for the sweet spot.

  • Orchestra

Centre orchestra is premium — closest to the immersive scenic build and the front-of-stage choreography. Side rows can lose some of the scenic detail to the side walls.

  • Front Mezzanine

Best wide-angle view of the full cabaret build. Best-value sweet spot.

  • Rear Mezzanine

Furthest seats but full coverage of the spectacle. Cheapest legitimate option.
