The short version
The Minskoff is a large mid-century house — the Pride Rock entrance comes down the centre aisle in the orchestra, so an aisle seat in the orchestra is the prize. Front mezzanine offers the best wide-angle on the parade choreography. Rear mezzanine and the upper sections (where present) lose some of the puppetry detail but capture the full visual sweep.
Section by section
Sections are ordered roughly cheapest-to-most-expensive within the house's seating tiers — but the best value isn't always the cheapest. Watch for the sweet spot.
-
Orchestra
Centre orchestra is iconic for the Circle of Life parade — animals enter through the audience. Aisle seats in rows D–M let you watch the giraffes pass at arm's length.
-
Front Mezzanine
Rows A–E. Best wide-angle view of Pride Rock and the parade. Often the best-value sweet spot.
-
Rear Mezzanine
Rows F–L. Furthest seats but full coverage of the puppetry. Cheapest legitimate option if the lottery and rush don't pan out.
