About the show
Jack Thorne's continuation of the Harry Potter story — based on a story by J.K. Rowling, Thorne, and director John Tiffany — picks up nineteen years after the books, with Harry Potter as a Ministry of Magic employee and his middle son Albus heading to Hogwarts. The Broadway production now runs as a single-part show at the Lyric Theatre. The Friday Forty $40 lottery is one of the better cheap-seat programs on Broadway, available exclusively through the TodayTix app.
Content advisory: Recommended ages 10+. Magical danger, dark imagery, themes of family conflict and identity. The illusions can be intense for younger children.
